Downshiftology by Lisa Bryan

I love how Lisa approaches wellness. She’s so down to earth. Her recipes are not complicated and they are so delicious.
I’ve always had a hard time with “meal prep.” I find it depressing to make containers of the same food and toss it in the microwave all week. Lisa doesn’t approach meal prep this way. She teaches you how to prep ingredients so you can make different meals within 5 – 10 minutes after you’ve sliced your veggies and prepped your proteins and/or grains.
If you follow her on Instagram she posts what she turns her meal prep into almost daily. You can also view her recipes here: https://downshiftology.com/recipe-index/
Candice Kumai

Candice Kumai was dubbed “the golden girl of wellness” by ELLE magazine. She’s written six cookbooks and I happen to own a few of them.
She always uses seasonal ingredients in an interesting way. I think her Japanese heritage has a lot to do with it. Her Sweet Potato Pizza is surprising and delicious. You can find more of her recipes here: https://candicekumai.com/category/recipes/
Minimalist Baker by Dana Shultz

What’s unique about Minimalist Baker is that Dana develops recipes that require “10 ingredients or less, 1 bowl, and 30 minutes or less” to prepare. Her recipes are all plant-based so you can have a completely inspired #MeatlessMonday. She also has a cookbook, which I bought and love. If you’re not quite ready to commit to buying the book, her website has hundreds of recipes at your fingertips.
